Terms and Conditions

  1. Standard delivery takes 6 working days, customers can avail express service to get the dresses delivered in 2 or 3 days by paying extra charges.
  2. YourTailor is committed to provide the best quality of service to all our customers, however if you find an issue with fitting or quality of service or an alteration then you can contact us on our customer care number within a week of delivering your shipment.
  3. If you have an issue and our team and customer care are not helping you then you can escalate issue to YourTailor management by sending an email to connect@yourtailor.in
  4. All our staff including designers, tailors and delivery boys come with YourTailor ID card, we request you to please check identity of our staff before you allow them to your premises to take measurements or handover clothes for stitching.
  5. We accept cash, online transfer and paytm payment modes, customers can choose their convenient mode of payment.
  6. We will send only lady designer to your home for designer consultation and to take your measurements for stitching your garments, customers can avail this service by paying extra charges.
  7. We provide pickup and delivery at free of cost where delivery boy come for collecting material and with sample garment for measurements and delivering stitched garment. Customers can avail this service without paying any additional charges. If you opt for pick upservice by pickup boy, then you are required to provide sample garment with exact measurements and we stitch as per those measurements only.
  8. During pickup service, our designer or pickup boy enters complete details of your request, material details, measurements (if it is appointing a designer) and notes if you have any. We request you to please verify all the details entered in the form before signing.
  9. If the stitched garment is not as per the measurements entered in order form, we will alter at free of cost.
  10. If the stitched garment is as per the measurements and you still need some changes then we will charge an extra service charge and charges are depends on change requested.
  11. We do not provide just alteration service for your existing garments, if you have new garments for stitching then we will also alter your existing garments along with new garments.
  12. We have provided approximate price of stitching on our website, actual price of stitching will vary based on design and accessories, our designer team will provide you exact pricing before stitching.
  13. Your complete order will be free if you provide us a valid proof of our staff asking you for order or asking payment without valid invoice.
  14. All our stall come with a YourTailor identity card, we request to verify identity of our staff before handing over your valuable items, we are not responsible if you handover your garments to unknown people.
  15. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays.
